These practices combine strength, stretching, controlled breathing, mental focus and spiritual openness (If you're into it.) The integration of body, mind and spirit helps reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve heart function, and strengthen physical and mental/emotional temples. It's not always easy, and rarely perfect. This is why it is called practice. It's about the process and can be done through every stage of life.
